At the heart of the Jewish religion is the idea that we (actually, all human beings) are in a covenant (commitment/partnership) to repair the world. Jewish tradition teaches that this should be translated not only in community building and social action, but also on a very personal level. To live a life of covenant is to reshape every personal behavior into a maximum choice of life (rather than death). How does this work today ?
