With an overview of her award-winning work in art and mindfulness with Jewish youth, Elyssa will explain the process she has developed and its roots in Jewish mysticism, and in particular, the Esh Kodesh/Holy Fire. You will have an opportunity to enter into the flow of this process, which includes text study, kavvana setting, art making, aesthetic meditation (modified shiviti practice) and witnessing.
