Le'Machar u'le'Etmol: The History of Israel through Israeli Dancing. The very first Israeli Folk Dances were created in the 1920s, 30s, and 40s by visionaries endeavoring to create a culture for the nascent state of Israel. As the country grew, so did its culture. Experience the history of Israel, as reflected in the development of Israeli folk dancing. This session assumes participants have some familiarity with Israeli dance.
