Our history, since the days of Abraham, is dotted with inspiring leaders who guided an entire people, uniting them with love, wisdom, and vision. Nowadays, we see an ever-growing need for a more developed model of leadership in every field of social endeavor — Jewish and otherwise. This session offers insight into what it will truly take to develop new models of leadership and act according to the unique needs of our people and our times. We will discuss the critical elements that characterize a new leadership approach, while experiencing a proven method for nurturing these qualities. How does leadership emerge? Who speaks for the Jews? How can our voices be heard? We will share our insights in meaningful, respectful and connected conversation.
