What would it be like to be a fly on the wall in Moses' one hour session with his therapist?  What about for Cain after he killed his brother? Using the DSM V, what do you think Abraham struggles with just before or immediately following the Binding of Isaac?  Let's take Torah study to a whole new level. Instead of just engaging our tradition through the lens of what Torah can teach us, this session will give us an opportunity to critique, unpack, and psychoanalyze some of our favorite Biblical players. Perhaps when we see them as individuals, as human beings, we can begin to relate to them in a whole new way.  More poignantly, our ancient ancestors of the past seem alive and well even today.
